Perfecto alojamiento

Hemos estado en chateau montana un par de noches y nos ha encantado. 10 habitaciones dobles con su baño, cocina grande con sitio para todos y comedor para estar todos juntos. La casa es preciosa, bien reformada y con amplio exterior y piscina. Magnificas vistas y cerca de un skatepark, parque, padel, futbol y basquet para los niños. Todo perfecto!

Absolutely Amazing!

This house and location is one of a kind. It is a magnificent place to stay, and the location - although pretty rural - is also amazing. You are right at a vineyard, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, quiet, serene. The photos of the house and surrounding areas to not do it justice! There was 10 of us in our family group and we all had a lot of space for ourselves, and the common areas for us to gather were relaxing, and really nice to hang out. Marianne and her family are great hosts. Marianne was warm, friendly, and was very responsive prior to our checking. This house is 10/10. We were all so incredibly sad to leave here, and we all hope we will be able to visit once again.

Beautiful property set in vineyard

Everything was fantastic. The property is the shell of an old barn, with a modern interior. Large open plan living. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. Our children spent all week in the pool whilst we drank wines produced from the vines in front of us! We would definitely book again! Hosts were great and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

A truly outstanding place

We spent a wonderful week in this house. We were a group of 16, celebrating a landmark birthday. The house is beautiful, as the pictures suggest. It's an old, late-nineteenth century farm house, fully restored less than a year ago. The restoration blended gentle "industrial" elements into the original house in a really thoughtful and respectful way. The work created very large, open spaces that flow naturally into the outside. And those surroundings are simply stunning. The house is inside a working family vineyard, overlooking both the village of Bayuls-dels-Asperes and the eastern Pyrenean mountains. It is less than 25 minutes from Collioure and other historical beach resort villages, with many other villages (and food options) in between. While in the end we did not go hiking, there are several mountains to the west and southwest with proper Pyrenees hikes. The house can host 20 people very well. Ten king suites, two dishwashers, two washing machines, two espresso machines, and all the kitchen equipment to match. For those not familiar with the area, the house is about a two-hour drive from Barcelona, a little more than an hour from Girona, and about 20 minutes from Perpignan airports. Finally, Marianne is an excellent,experienced host. Her eldest son works in family vineyard and organised an amazing tasting of the family's wines for us (highly recommended!) If we ever gather a group of the same size, we would absolutely spend another week (or two) there.

Une réunion familiale inoubliable !

Un immense merci à nos hôtes d’avoir rendu notre moment en si mémorables ! La maison était absolument magnifique et parfaitement adaptée à notre grande réunion familiale. Chaque détail était pensé avec soin, et l'accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Nous sommes reconnaissants pour cette expérience inoubliable et espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir bientôt !
