"Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). "Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."
