"Ms. H had outstanding customer service at check in. The property was nice and smelled good, rooms were clean and I liked that the rooms had Dove hygiene products. The hot tub was big and the water was perfect. It could use a little TLC. There was a small crack.on the floor.of the pool and the door did not work with the.card reader, the clerk had to climb through the window in the gym to open it."
