"It is an ok place. Nice and comfortable beds and sheets. The towels are pretty rough and not soft at all. This is my second time staying there, So obviously two different rooms. The showers are very weird. More like a bathroom faucet with a shower head sticking out of the bottom of the faucet. The pressure is weak too. Both times I have been there, the pool and the hot tub have brownish rings around the sides, I would never step foot in either one. The breakfast is simple and easy. I would love it if they had hard boiled eggs or something like that. But it is still all free. The staff had always been great. "

"We had a great time! The staff was very friendly , rooms smelled nice and clean, the beds were comfy- the kids loved the pool! Only flaw was children under 16 not allowed in hot tub but other than that we had a great stay! "

"We will definitely go back there when there is a show to watch at the Spire Center. We talked about coming back for two nights next time. How cool is it to drive up to your hotel door and walk right in! People want convenience and that’s what you provide. We are sorry we missed breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, but that was no fault of Best Western. Excellent!"

"This condo was in the PERFECT location for spending time in Plymouth! Bob was an attentive host and answered many of our questions prior to arrival. He also managed a smooth arrival and an easy check out. The condo was comfortable for sleeping a d relaxing. It also had many of the kitchen items and supplies that we needed to prepare simple meals. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot to a group coming to Plymouth! "
