Beautiful location, right on the bay. Watched the sunrise from our room window. Did not have a luggage cart, but we managed fine. Staff was cordial, breakfast was very good, nice variety of items. The hotel is clean and maintained. I would definitely go back.

Very clean room. Staff were very kind. We loved being right on the coast! We saw a pair of seals every day! The continental breakfast was nice. Had some trouble getting the waffle maker to work, but everything else was good.

The facility was good for the nightly price. It certainly was not fancy, but quite adequate. The location at the South end of Plymouth was nice in that it kept us out of the turmoil of downtown Plymouth. It was also quite easy to get to town when we wanted to and to visit other areas of Cape Cod. I would recommend this facility to others,

Our favorite thing, and the reason we chose this hotel, was its proximity to the ocean. We booked a room on the east side of the hotel and the bay was less than 10 feet from our window--we kept it open all night so we could hear the waves. We also enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace by the water.

Don’t be dismayed at the old Motel look!!! The rooms are updated. Best deal was walking out to the waterfront and enjoying sunrise!!! And breakfast. Definitely coming back!!!

This seems to be an older property that had a recent remodel and the rooms were definitely above average. The bathroom reminded me of an upscale hotel. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were plush. The bad was no ice machine or soda machine and the breakfast was barely a breakfast. They offered waffles, cereal, apples, and oranges. All in all, it was a good stay, just don’t plan on eating there or needing a drink.
