It was a pleasant place overall, but since I’m allergic to dogs and pets, and I noticed some fur on the bed sheets, I brought my own, which worked out. However, I wish it had been cleaner.

We love the cottage options and the price point - very reasonable. The cottages are also very clean which is usually the number one thing we look for in a vacation rental. The property is located close to many amazing beaches and to Provincetown and Truro Vineyards.

Perfect for a couple to stay at! Easy check in and it has a fully stocked kitchenette and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The outside deck area each cabin has is a perfect addition to make you feel at home!

Our cottage was very clean and well kept. It was the perfect amount of space for my family of 4. The beach chairs and umbrella provided was a nice touch. The area is centrally located to everything and it suited our needs perfectly.

The place was perfect for our little vacation. Perfect size for the two of us and everything worked wonderfully. The small kitchen stove was great for us to make a small breakfast in the mornings to start our day.

This was our second time staying at Prince of Whales and the cape did not disappoint. So close to amazing beaches and restaurants. We love how close we are to both the bay and ocean. Also so nice to have a pet friendly property our Portuguese water dog Nori was excited that she would be returning to the cape for another vacation.

Cute, clean and convenient to Ptown.

Overall, the cottage was cute, clean, and convenient. However, I remember reading that it was across a parking lot to the beach, which was not the case. It was a 5 minute drive and hopefully 1 of 3 parking spots might be available to park. I think the communication could have been better. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs and an umbrella. The dog park was also a nice surprise. Finally, I would have liked a few necessary cleaning items like a sponge/scrub pad to wash the dishes and a dish drying rack. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends.

The cottage is very small but very efficient, has everything for a few-day comfortable stay. We arrived on a very cold day and were lucky to see the attendant outside who promptly delivered an additional heater that turned an ice castle into a toasty hut. Thank you caretakers!

Small but perfect for our stay! Had all of the essentials like towels, plates, cutlery, pots/pans, etc. Small toiletries like shampoo, lotion, and conditioner (similar to what you would find in a hotel room). The grounds are cozy and quiet and also feature communal grills and a gas firepit. Would definitely return for a stay here!

The location of the cottages are very accessible to Provincetown, National Seashore, and beaches. The interior is all fairly new and clean. Don’t expect any views or anything special directly around the cottages though. There is no staffing on the property and we received no communication prior to check in on how to check in. We had to call upon arrival to learn how to check in and then were told about unexpected pet fees even though nothing was mentioned about this before hand and we booked the property because they allowed dogs. The person we spoke with was very hostile and aggressive about this for no reason. We never heard from anyone at the property again after this- no turn over of the cabins, no information about the area in the cabins, just very bare bones so keep that in mind when booking! We won’t stay here again.

Cutest little cottage

Had a blissful stay at Prince of Whales cottages. We stayed in a cottage with a queen bed and it was the perfect space for two people. Plenty of under bed storage to stow extra luggage out of the way and a cute little kitchenette ready to be used. The bathroom was a little tight but it did the job. We stayed in cottage 1 and the stand up shower knob is backwards (hot is cold, and cold is hot) took a bit to figure out why the water wasn't getting hot but once we figured it out it was good to go. Would 1000% stay again, especially during the off season. Very peaceful and had a beautiful view of the starry sky.

This is a very cute place to stay , especially for a family with an older child that needs their own room. Location is great. There are some small amenities that could be added. Some outdoor chairs at each cabin, corkscrew, and recycling in the cabin. Would definitely recommend this to others. Best value for the price.

Loved that this was a nightly rental so I could tailor my vacation and not have to stay an entire week. And, the cancellation policy was very lenient. The property could use cleaning supplies (cloths and products)as you are requested to clean the bathroom and kitchen area. Also, towel hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. Overall, this place was terrific! I would definitely stay again!

Very quite and clean and well decorated. Needs some place to be able to hang cloth on hangers as no iron or iron board in unit. Could also use a clock and light on the night stand next to the bed. All in all very nice and would definitely book it again.
