"Room was clean and comfortable with all amenities. Check in was easy, and staff were helpful in booking our transfer to the airport the following day. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of different hot items (eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns), as well as cereals, yogurt, fruit, cheese, pastries, etc. Dinner the previous night was delightful. I had the dumplings, and my father had the meatballs. Both portions were adequate for us as a main course."

"Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and nice selections for breakfast! The hotel is conveniently located a couple blocks from the new convention center, and a couple more blocks from shopping on Queen Street. In particular, the shower heated up quickly and helped warm me up on the cool winter Auckland mornings."
