"We booked a room before our cruise so we could fly in the day before. The hotel is very. Lose to the airport. Our room was not ready, so we checked the bags with the concierge, changed into bathing suits and went to the pool. We then had a delicious lunch. The Caesar and Greek salads were wonderful, as were the tostones and the pasta. We went to the room until dinner which was equally good. We had the Cuban sandwich, chicken quesadilla and pizza plus asparagus. All were fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was not expensive by Miami standards, and the meals and service were amazing. We also enjoyed their cold draft beer."

"This is a fantastic hotel. The suites are well appointed, clean, and spacious. The staff goes above and beyond, and the location downtown, food, nightlife, mass transit, the pier is PERFECTO! The security keying system was also very nice. An excellent feature! We stayed two nights before getting on our cruise and one night after our cruise. Deneb, the front desk attendant was exceptional! She was very professional, helpful, and gave us with an early check in after our return from our cruise. This is the perfect hotel for your cruising adventures! We cannot wait to come back! "
