This was our 30th anniversary and we had just come off of a cruise that we also booked through Expedia and a ride to the hotel at 7 AM assuming we wouldn’t get a room till later and we’d have to check our bags and wait, they got us a room immediately And upgraded us because of our anniversary. They were so professional very high-quality five star service.

Second trip down in two weeks. Lovely stay with the family. Beds are so comfortable. Slept so well. Rooms are very quiet. Bathrooms are beautiful and clean.
