I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6.
