"Helpful staff, great location, very close to both Queen Square and Baker Street station. Comfortable, spotless room. Although no aircon in the rooms, there was a good large fan in the wardrobe which worked fine. Breakfast was delicious, although expensive (£17.50 on the door). It's as much as you can eat (definitely worth it, especially if you can get a deal when you book the room). I will definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone."

"It was my wife’s 72nd birthday celebration so we spent Saturday night at the Strand Palace. The whole weekend was wonderful especially because the hotel presented my wife with a birthday card, chocolates a balloon in the shape of “72” and other freebies. The staff and the service in general was excellent. We had a drink on the house in the bar… I felt the hotel went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend."

"This hotel offers an excellent location near major attractions and features incredibly friendly, helpful staff, including a great concierge team. However, the early check-in process was highly frustrating after a long 14-hour flight. Despite paying and being approved for an early arrival at £20 per hour to freshen up, the room was not ready when arriving at noon and would not be available until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. While the hotel did refund the £60 fee we paid, the breakdown in communication forced a long wait and required checking luggage rather than settling in as planned."
