I stayed here over the London Marathon weekend and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, communication was excellent, and they made everything seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

It’s a good location. Staff were very lovely. Accommodation is a little tired. I think for the price it needs to have higher end finishings and crockery etc. Look closely and the decor is in need of a refresh. Lots of mdf and wobbly handles! Compared to other serviced apartments we have stayed in I think it falls a little short sadly.

In general a spacious and well furnitures apartment in a very central location. The place was clean and the staff was supportive and friendly. Even if the apartment had a little bit of wear this was not affecting that the stay was very pleasant!

Everything you’d expect of an apartment and was close to the venue we’d booked for the evening so more than adequate for our needs. Staff particularly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better. One downside if I had to be critical was the mattress. One of those meet in the middle type ones. Could do with a fresh one.

A very nice 2 bedroom unit in a great part of London very close to SoHo. The only tough part was that there was no elevator and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to the unit. The staff was very respectful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

I thought the property was a little tired and didn't quite live up to the photos. There is no lift and I was on the forth floor (not a problem for me personally). The location was perfect for what I needed, I was on my own and at The London Palladium, so super close and reasonably quiet, considering central location. Nice to have the extra space if you needed it.

Location of this apartment can't be beat and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Check in and out process was very easy. Only down side is no elevator and it was on 5th floor.

The apartment was great and very spacious and the staff where very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a centrally located stay in London. My only recommendation would be that they replace the windows and give the place a little TLC as it is looking a little tired.
