"Pas sérieux du tout. On nous demande de laisser les clés sur le comptoir de la réception (ouverte à tous et sans surveillance) et de ne pas rentrer trop tard au risque de voir la porte fermée. De plus une chambre à été récupéré par l'hôtel un jour avant le départ car la femme de ménage avait "estimée" que nous étions parti. Le nom d'un hôtel avec les règles d'un foyer pour Adolescents... "

"Great location for exploring the city on foot. Instructions for checking in and out including all information needed for our stay were super clear and helpful. Facilities at the hotel were also great. The room itself was compact but incredibly clean and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay."

"As a Freddie Mercury fan, it was quite a novelty to stay at this hotel, from the moment you walk in you see all Queen and Freddie art work. The hotel is directly accessible from the train platform which is very easy to locate. It is only about 5 to 10 minute walk to the main part of town into the waterfront. I was lucky enough to get a room with a Terrace and had a view over the back part of Montreux. They have central air-conditioning so you cannot change it however they do give you a fan to help with the heat. Overall I would give this hotel 8/10 and would stay again. Thank you Jessica for your help."

"You cannot beat the location. Very close to the train station and right on the main walkway that lines the lake. While I have read others rave about the breakfast, we did not feel the same way. 30CHF was a bit steep. While there was a wide selection of food - pancakes, an egg station, cheese/meet and fruit, we thought most of the prepared food didn't taste that great, just lacked seasoning, but I guess to be expected from a buffet. I think if you are going to get breakfast from here it is almost better to order stuff individually or find a cafe nearby. Other than that, the staff were all very nice, the free coffee, water, candy and popcorn station was a hit with our son and we enjoyed being able to step right out of the hotel and walk down the pathway along the lake."

"Staff is great, amenities are lacking. One would think smart tv’s would be everywhere, allow you to log in to watch tv. Old TV’s, poor channel selection, and ok mattress, not very comfortable. No parking nearby, if you have several bags you will struggle getting them to the hotel. Currently construction in front and they have parking agreement with parking garage however it is one use per day. If you plan on going out, stay gone for the day, they will only allow one validation per day for 20CHF."
