"Our stay at Moonfra was the best holiday stay that we have ever had as a family. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was 100% perfect. Most of this was due to the manager Chiara. "First impressions when we arrived, was that the hotel was in an uninviting area. We had to push a few door bells and it was all automated opening. It felt a bit too easy to get in to the building, which raised concerns about security. When we got to the room it was nicely set-up for our toddler, and a spacious place. "Great opportunity to sleep in a castle. Nice room with antiques and nice piece of furniture. Overall, a great place to stay although the church's bell played all night long. Breakfast was nice, but a bit early due to an unexpected commitment (of the manager). "

"Avevo prenotato la sede in Corso Dora Firenze ma sono stato contattato prima del mio arrivo e mi è stata proposta la sede in pieno centro storico di via Principe Amedeo 20. A pochi passi dal Museo Egizio, il Palazzo Reale, La Mole etc... L'ideale per soggiorni brevi o per chi arriva in treno (stazione di Porta Nuova 10min a piedi) e ha solo voglia di visitare il centro di Torino. Cordialità e pulizia. Ottima colazione. La signora Ida affabile e pronta ad aiutare."
