"This place was in terrible shape. There was mold in the bathroom, the shower rod was completed rusted, the there were stains on the blinds, the door was tattered, the baseboards hadn't been cleaned in many many months... I could go on. The owners of this small hotel are making additional investments. ..."

"Can't beat the view over the lake at sunset. Room was clean and comfortable although I noticed an odd slightly chemical smell upon entry, but I'm pretty sensitive to smells and it wasn't noticeable after a short while, maybe just cleaning products."
