"Breakfast Complaint
I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the breakfast service on the first day of my stay.
Despite paying approximately £400 for breakfast, the experience was extremely disappointing. Due to poor organisation and a lack of available tables, we had to wait a considerable amount of time before being seated. By the time we were able to access the breakfast buffet, there was very little food remaining.
