The house is perfectly located for short trips to Assisi, Perugia, Lago Trasimeno and slightly further afield to a number of places in Tuscany such as Siena. Olimpia and Elena are fantastic hosts. The house is beautiful and incredibly well equipped for a family holiday. The pool and the garden are ideal for relaxing in the Italian sunshine and enjoying the countryside views. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone. "
