"We had a lovely stay. The family room was great and we all enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was more continental than cooked, but many many continental options. The beds were very comfortable. A little tatty around the edges in the room, but I'm not complaining - it was clean, comfortable, had dressing gowns and slippers and a minibar in the room which was reasonably priced too. Very close to 't Zand where we parked overnight, and very reasonably priced later check out times too. Would stay again! "

"Booked executive room, just ok. Staff not very experienced to deal with client. We were having a sleep in the afternoon when staff checked on room for the housekeeping. Told we are ok and she still walked in and looked into the room while in bed. Felt so violated. Music from across the street on until gone 3 am. Hence no sleep. Breakfast good "

"This hotel is fabulous! Great welcome from check in staff, restaurant and bar staff all provide excellent service. Rooms very comfortable. Good swimming pool and gym area, very clean. Hotel location wonderful for ease of exploring Brugge, very centrally located for all the bars, shops and tourist attractions. Cannot fault this hotel in any way, will definitely return.
