Very happy and helpful staff. Excellent location. The hotel is very close to the centre without being noisy or disruptive. We also had a view of the canal from our room which was a nice touch. Lovely hotel in a location local to the centre (about a 6min walk). The hotel has as lovely ambience & Steve & his team looked after us really well. Steve was readily available to give advice & directions & even booked restaurants for us with it being a busy Xmas period. While the room are small they have everything you need including a safe & a fridge. The shower was good with plenty of hot water & breakfast albeit continental gave us a great start to the day. Would definitely book again.
