As a solo female traveller, Hotel Lucca was ideal. The budget room was perfect size, clean and comfortable. The rooms and communal areas were smart and stylish. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a map with recommendations of where to explore during my short trip. The location was perfect, just two minutes from the main square. I would definitely visit again.

Great stay, beautiful hotel in central area of Bruges, a few steps away from Belfry tower. Staff were very friendly and made useful recommendations on Bruges activities. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again.

Such an amazing hotel. The room was stunning, spacious and spotless with an incredibly comfortable bed. The hotel is very central which made popping back during the day so simple between sight seeing. All of the staff were lovely, and helped us before arrival with the locations for different parking options. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Bruges in future :)

Clean room, nice staff. Although theres no elevator the staff will help u move the luggage up/downstairs. Their office hours put a limits on when you can checkin and checkout so make sure you contact the staff in advanced to coordinate everything or you might end up arriving with closed doors at the hotel

Very nice hotel just a 2 minute walk from the town square. The hotel has great service and a very nice buffet breakfast that is quite reasonable. Our room was great with a king bed and a wonderful shower. Also HVAC unit was perfect with a wireless control. The owners took an old building and made it modern and it is super cool looking. The exposed brick in the lower level/food service area is beautiful-

The location is perfect only a 3 minute walk to the main square but quiet and away from all the buzz. The spacious room was clean, modern and well appointed. A small improvement would be to add a light just above the bathroom sink. The staff were super attentive and made great suggestions for walking, sightseeing and eating out. Breakfast in the 14th century basement was quite plentiful including all manner cereals, fruit, breads, eggs, cold cuts cheese and much more. Overall an excellent choice that we definitely recommend.

The location was perfect - very close to everything but yet on a quiet street. The staff were so nice and helpful. They provided great food recommendations and highlighted top spots on a map for us. Even when checking out - they were just so pleasant. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.
