Great location Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice buffet breakfast. Good WiFi connection. We had a lovely stay with our 2 year old. Only issue was house keeping didn’t clean first day and they took our sons towel from home despite being hung up and despite several attempts to ask for its return, no success.

Great hotel, very near to the train station and well located for sightseeing. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and great value. Really enjoyed visiting Bruges and staying at the NH - would definitely go back and would highly recommend.

Great central location. Amazing breakfast. Room was air conditioned. Minor improvement suggested would be the shower. Was a bathtub with shower head and not very comfortable to take a shower. Would recommend this hotel. Especially the blonde younger girl at the breakfast had exceptional customer service skills. Kudos to her. The staff at the front desk was very helpful too.

Large rooms but very expensive for quality - you’re definitely paying for location. Nice and friendly staff and the buffet breakfast is great! However sleep was a bit of a challenge as you can hear everything in hallway, above you, very echoing which was poor when cleaning of rooms started early or when kids running up and down hallways.
