Excellent location. Easy to check in and out. You will need to be okay with climbing stairs too. The only downside was the people above us made a lot of noise at 2 am. But that is nothing to do with the hotel.

Lovely space, super central. Everything is on your door step! The downside was the luggage ‘room’ was just in fact a space under the stairs and we saw the front door was left open a lot. Otherwise a great space.

The website link provided by the property was the best that I have seen. Pros: Good location, within walking distance from the train station, Large opening windows, hot shower, luggage storage if needed, coffee maker in room, horse carriages in the square added ambience, restaurants very close. Cons: The square was a little loud for a Sunday night, room needed some small repairs, could have used more than one pillow per person.

The room is on the top floor next to a pile of cleaning equipment. That was maybe not so nice to see as the first thing on arrival. Room was clean and nice, even the floors and ceiling. Good WiFi and nice heating and air change in the room. Excellent location and I never met any staff while my stay but I guess that's not a good nor a bad thing. Comfortable bed. Thank you.

The location is great and the self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean and comfortable, and it suited our family of four well. The only issue we experienced was that the toilet light was not working. We contacted the staff via text, and they mentioned that a colleague would come to fix it. However, during our one-night stay, no one came to resolve the issue before we checked out. Overall, a good stay, but the maintenance response could be improved.

The Lake Suites is a centrally located stay in Bruges - right by the very famous De Halve Maan brewery. It was easy to walk around Bruges and go back to drop things off or even just use the washroom. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious, we loved the shower!

was a really great place to stay in brugges for a great price, very close by to the beautiful mainwatter park and the center, less than 10 min walking from everything. the room was great and great space with private bathroom in our case, there was a small thing, an odor similar to sewer, was not that good but tolerable all the time, not a deal breaker and would stay here 10 more times if I could.

La struttura é molto bella pptenzialmente ma la stanza é molto usurata e richiede manutenzione, le scale per salire molto anguste e ripide, in generale il grado di pulizia non molto buono: sulle porte c'erano delle macchie non ben identificate, la testiera del letto era in finta pelle tutta pelata e non è per nulla igenico. Per il prezzo pagato non sufficiente. Inoltre consiglierei di gestire il bagno esterno alla camera con una chiave piuttosto che un codice perché risulta molto scomodo. Dal bagno inoltre emanava un forte odore di fogna.

La habitación estaba impecable y ofrecía una vista magnífica a un parque con restaurantes. El hotel goza de una ubicación excelente y muy bien comunicada, a pasos de la estación central de trenes y a una corta caminata de la zona más céntrica. El establecimiento armoniza perfectamente con su entorno y ofrece la modernidad de un sistema automatizado de check-in y check-out, utilizando códigos de acceso para las puertas exteriores e interiores.

Der Check-in ist sehr unkompliziert. Auch wenn es keinen persönlichen Kontakt zu den Vermieter:innen gibt, werden alle Fragen prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Die Lage ist genial. Das Apartment ist sehr heiß, es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Zu der Zeit, zu der wir dort waren (Mitte Juli) gab es ein krasses Problem mit Mosquitos. Die Fliegengitter sind jedoch defekt und es gibt vor Ort keine Mückenstecker oder Ähnliches. Das Apartment für 4 Personen hat keine Küchenzeile, sondern nur eine kleine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Es gibt auch keinen Tisch.

Nos encantó hospedarnos aquí, en el centro de Brujas, en una plaza muy tranquila, con restaurantes cerca; la habitación muy amplia, con baño con tina y regadera (tiene escaleras pero para nosotros no fue un problema), pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check in.
