"Check in took over an hour in a very hot reception! Room wasn’t made up till day 3/4, there is no phone to speak to reception if you have a quick question- alternative is to queue with guests trying to check in. Room wasn’t made fine but no housekeeping! Seems completely disorganised- Im sure they can turn it around."

"This was a great hotel. It was quiet. Had great water pressure with a wand in the shower. The water tasted great. Convenient to the old part of the city and right next to the train station. There was a 24/7 grocery store next door. Would definitely stay here again."

My daughter and I stayed here for 7 nights and from the moment we stepped through the door we were wowed by the immaculate entrance way and the lovely fresh aroma. We instantly felt at home and knowing that only guests with key cards can access floors above reception made us feel very safe in a strange city.
