The place is clean over all! However, the ground floor has different smell due smell of the laundry area. The staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. Daily breakfast is wonderful!

This hotel was exceptional. We have stayed in Hinton many times, in many hotels and this was by far the best experience. The beds were super comfortable. The area was quiet.

The place was further outside of Jasper National Park and the town of Jasper then we realized, but it was worth it for the availability and price. The room was comfortable with very high ceilings and a nice electric fireplace. Tim at the front desk was incredibly welcoming.

Beautiful cabins, super clean, warm and inviting! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Miette Executive Cabin and it was just a dream to stay in! The on-site restaurant had a good selection, good prices and was very tasty- enjoyed breakfast and dinner there. I loved that the Pocahontas Cabins were not located in downtown Jasper but about a beautiful 20 minute drive East. I had just spent a few nights in downtown Banff and although it was nice there it...
