Great location to access Jasper as well as the town of Hinton, Mahershi checked us in and was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Room was basic but was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

For the price and location (very easy to find, right off the main road), Pines Motel offered a five star stay. It's very clean, the staff is friendly and kind, the room stayed nice and cool and the bed was very comfortable, plenty of parking, and the rooms have a cozy vibe, all of which is great when you're on a budget.

When we arrived the front desk told us that they had power out, they did not vacuum the room and will do it as soon as power is back. To our surprise when we got in the room, it was clean and smell fresh. Good location and affordable price.

Clean and comfortable- way better than I expected from a motel. Friendly and helpful check in. Check out the beaver boardwalk early morning or evening from about 1930, saw beavers and muskrats.

Don't let the outside fool you. Our room was clean and had a microwave and mini fridge. It was much quieter than any of the hotels we stayed at that were along the same highway. No parking lot noise, no elevator noise and no hallway noise. We'll book here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our trip enjoyable. On our first day, the front desk staff took the time to explain the area, recommended places to visit, and gave us great tips on what to do. Whenever we had questions or needed help, they were always happy to assist and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness and exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent value here. The man running the front desk is very kind and gave us a map with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area when we checked in; he seemed like he genuinely cared about us as guests. The room itself was, while outdated of course, immaculately kept. Everything was super clean. Check out was simple with a key drop off. Our only issue with our stay was that the window AC unit didn't seem to work well - mostly just blowing room temp air. Not a huge issue given it was cool weather during our stay, but could be a problem if it was any hotter out.
