Best hospitality ever! The property is absolutely devine, it sits over the river has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The hotel has a mid-century modern style and the staff is excellent, they can answer most questions about the city, their culture and history. We highly recommend staying there. I personally would like to thank Jimmy for his hospitality and our lovely stay.

Hotel is within a 15 minute walk to all local points of interest and attractions. The area is quiet and safe. Lobby is bright and modern. Staff seems eager to serve and please from the first moment the doors are open to the check-in process which will include welcome drinks (non-alcoholic in this country) and discount coupons for the local in-house restaurant. The staff of the hotel are great- from the shuttle service, to helping us plan for excursions, they went out of the way and above/beyond what is expected. I would happily stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Brunei. The staff make the difference.

Great! A comfortable shuttle bus from the airport was waiting for me as arranged, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I found my room to be of appropriate size,, very clean and in perfect condition. During the night I could enjoy a comfortable bed and absolute silence. For the sightseeing I could reach all my points of interest (mosques, night market, ferry area...) by walking, as planned. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. The room is big. Free pick up from BWN airport was good. Breakfast was also good. 15 minutes walking to the downtown area.

Enjoyable place to stay with friendly & helpful staff.

Loved our stay here. The hotel was very accommodating. Due to its remote location they offer a shuttle service at certain hours. We found that they were very flexible with the service allowing us to move around more freely than otherwise which is great. The shuttle service is quite expensive otherwise and we were only forced to pay extra once during the stay

We can View the Sea behind the Hotel. That is the uniqueness of this Hotel. It’s a panoramic View!

I like the room and decor. Very covenient and refreshing before the flight. I think tv facility needs umprovement so technical.

Close to the airport, shopping Times Square. I like the area it very quiet.
