Two story country pole frame barn with 2 queen bedrooms, 2 single beds in upstairs sitting area large undercover upstairs deck kitchen bathroom open plan living with combustion fire and outdoor campfire amongst the gum trees and native wildlife. See our resident Kangaroos It has the feel of being isolated. But its only 30 mins from vineyards 20 mins from Lake Macquarie10 mins from M1.

Tranquil Escape in the Bush

We had a wonderful stay at the bush cabin! The peaceful surroundings and beautiful natural setting made it the perfect spot to unwind. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved waking up to the sounds of wildlife in the morning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Relaxing holday

We had great time at Garry’s place! The wonderful house in the forest filled with amazing personal touches, board games and the fireplace made for an absolute pleasure of a stay! Kids loved a friendly dog who liked to visit us.

Easter Weekend Stay

It was wonderful to return again. We enjoyed our stay very much. This time we were able to put the Bomfire to use and roast marshmallows. The kids enjoy the bike trails and bushland ventures. It’s beautiful and quiet with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Amazing Place

Nature stay in convenient location

If you want to enjoy a quiet and reinvigorating stay with a great nature touch, don't look any further. This atypical house is conveniently located between the sea entertainment and the Hunter Valley wineries.

Family Trip

We stayed at Brunkerville for 4 days just after Christmas, and it was exactly what our family was looking forward to. It was great having a little getaway from Sydney City, into the nature. It was just a healing trip to relax and have some family time :)

Great little get away

Garry and Jan were excellent hosts and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend at their place in Brunkerville. The accommodation feels lovely and remote but not far from civilisation. We'll be back.

Family Getaway for Kids Birthday

Jan and Garry were the perfect hosts and their property is stunning. We stayed for 4 days for the kids birthday and had a great time. Everything was as described and the couldn't have been made feel more welcome. I would highly recommend a stay at this place.
