I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. The staff who chdcked us in was very slow and it took around 30 minutes for us to get our room checked in even though we had paid for room in advance. The most terrible moment was when I went for shower and the next room water was all over the room. There was some leaking issue and when I told the reception staff he was like so what.
