Apartments in Île-de-France

"We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. "

"Well located and everything as described, very easy access and good communication with owner, I reccomend this apartment."

"The flat is in the perfect spot. Everywhere there are eating places and the points of interest are within a walkable distance."

"We had a fantastic stay here. Located centrally and easy to walk to a few major tourist places, plus close to the metro. The room was a great size for two people and the air conditioning was a godsend with the heat wave in Paris. The host gave some amazing recommendations for local spots and was so helpful and accommodating - would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location. Great views form the rooftop."

"Awesome stay, great communication, perfect for a group trip!"

"Accommodation to be avoided at all costs. The entrance is in a dreadful state, and as the flat is on the ground floor, you’re forced to keep the double curtains drawn. Everything is either broken, non-functional, chipped, cracked, scratched, or in a sorry state. The bathroom has numerous mould stains and the bed is far from comfortable. Furthermore, although we had booked for a couple, the sofa bed in the living room was set up as a bed (impossible to convert back to a sofa), so we had no choice...

"This is a nice place to stay. The location is excellent. Picking up the keys from the nearby hotel is a mild hassle but works fine. The apartment is slightly dated but I think the location makes up for it."

"Great location"

"A bit small for 5 adults but would be nice for 2-3 adults"

"This was a great place for my family to stay during our week in Paris. Great location that is central but not touristy. Joelle and Livio were fabulous hosts. Very flexible and communicative during our whole stay checking up on us and making sure we did t need anything. Great week in a beautiful city."

"Property is well-located, very close to Notre Dame up several flights of stairs in an charming older building. Some finishes and fixtures in the property are worn or in disrepair but we found the essentials and had a good stay."
