"Size of the room was great, good amenities, extra long wait to check in, even though we requested only one hour early… No freshwater in the containers while waiting. Room was extremely warm and stuffy even with AC down and waiting an hour and when we called to inquire, they said they’d come and check it… A few minutes later, they gave us a fan and no other options.."
