"All the staffs are very friendly, the night shift staff Usman was very personable and easy to talk to- made our stay even more enjoyable. The early check in wasn’t available as the rooms were fully booked the night before our check in but we were able to stay in the lobby and also the spa option was a good plus point to have. I had a ton of questions before coming to Paris, the communication with hotel was excellent - quick to response and very helpful. Perfect location to stay in. "

"There was construction on the road in front of the hotel. Not their fault, but it made it quite hard to get any rides or put our suitcases through the rubble. It also got noisy pretty early in the mornings from the work."
