"All the staffs are very friendly, the night shift staff Usman was very personable and easy to talk to- made our stay even more enjoyable. The early check in wasn’t available as the rooms were fully booked the night before our check in but we were able to stay in the lobby and also the spa option was a good plus point to have. I had a ton of questions before coming to Paris, the communication with hotel was excellent - quick to response and very helpful. Perfect location to stay in. "
