"The room was very tiny. No room to unpack so had to live out of a suitcase for 5 days. Not fun."

"We stayed here with our toddler and were left very disappointed, mainly because of one serious food safety incident. At breakfast, my wife found a piece of glass in her omelette, which was extremely alarming, particularly as she had intended to share it with our child. Although staff apologised, no one took clear ownership or provided any explanation as to how this could have happened. On our final evening, reception also refused a request for milk for our toddler, saying the kitchen was closed and that it could not be provided even through room service. That issue was minor compared with the breakfast incident, but it added to the sense that staff were not especially helpful or proactive. The glass in the food alone was unacceptable and completely overshadowed the stay."

"We stayed here for a week. Here's the good and the bad. The good - Location is good near the Eiffel and Metro stations. - TVs are smart so you can login to your own streaming sites in your language - Some staff are great. I don't know names but a man during the day when we were there and another man at night. - Showers are nice, good water pressure and temperature ranges. The bad - Fire alarm went off at night during our stay. Not a huge deal but it is a negative - "Queen" beds are two singles pushed together, ours was different height in mattresses made it pretty bad - "Air conditioning" is a stretch. No cool air and no fan in room - The rest of the staff besides the two mentioned above weren't great. A woman during the day not very friendly, another night man was sleeping at the desk while we were trying to get in - Very small rooms. It is Europe so it's to be expected, but it is a negative overall and people need to be aware when coming. "

"Great location. Two min walk to Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle-Etoile train station. Ver walkable to Champs Élysées. Close to McDonald’s and Starbucks as well as many cafes/restaurants. We arrived early and staff was able to keep our suitcases on site. Room was small, Ac was not working so we opened the window however room was very clean. Staff was friendly. "

He managed to secure us a reservation at La Perouse — a place that is very difficult to book. This truly made our trip special, and we really appreciated his professionalism and dedication. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere combined with warm hospitality. We highly recommend Sofitel Paris and will definitely come back again! "
