"Amazing staff, possibly the best customer service ever! Very clean, smallish room, but well furnished in a great location, shops and cafes everywhere nearby, yet quiet streets near the hotel at night. Croissants and cafe' for breakfast, no restaurant, but plenty of those within a few minutes of walking. Very safe area, well-run and well-maintained hotel. Highest rating ever for customer service and all the staff - first-class, maximum gold stars excellent!"
