"Check in was a bit confusing. The room was okay. Could have been cleaner. Coffee machine did not work. Other appliances were dusty and greasy. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, shower was small. No maid service for being there for five nights. There was a power outage our last night there, the guy who runs the place ?? was incredibly rude when asked about when the power might be back on. Also on our last night we had someone repeatedly try and punch in their code to get into our room even though...

"Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well."

"I stayed for 6 nights in May 2026. it is quite newly renovated but everything there are small but functional (very common in Paris). location is great and walkable to everything but kinda tucked away from all the noisy bars and night life of Marais. highlights: 1. Luggage locker: I loved their luggage locker made me feel safe. I didn’t lock my lock properly (my bad) and came back 6 hours later and luggage are still safe. 2. "10日以上の滞在ならオススメできます。ただしバルコニー付きキッチン付きの部屋だからですけど。異常猛暑に見舞われた5月下旬のパリは湿度も高くて気候は不快指数上がりっ放し。エアコンはないので扇風機かけっ放しで、何とか生き延びた感じでしたが、PSGの優勝で花火爆竹クラクションの嵐、煙もうもう部屋まで覆い尽くしたけれど、その日を境に気温降下して快適なホテルライフになりました（笑） ランドリーは部屋にはないので頼むシステム。タオルなんかを乾かそうと思ったけど、バスルームのパイプ式のヒーターが稼働しなかったんでフロントに頼んだら、翌日に新品が取り付けられてました。キッチンはIH２基に食洗機、レンジ、冷蔵庫（冷凍なし）等々揃っていて、食器や鍋釜も不自由なしでした。友達を呼んでなんちゃってホームパーティーをするにはいい環境。向かいに見下ろすのがモンマルトルの墓地で緑も広がっているし、夜には遥か彼方のエッフェル塔のサーチライトがホテルの頭上を反時計回りで通過します。視覚的欠点は向かいのビルの駐車場の大きな壁画がひどいこと。これがバンクシーだったら良かったのだけど（笑）"

"Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...
