"The staff members were great. After checking in, we realized the TV wasn't working. So, I called the front desk and the manager (I think he was the manager) came over right away. He was friendly, respectful, and solved our problem very quickly. I was impressed when we first got to the room because as soon as we stepped in, it smelled clean and fresh. That gets a lot of points in my book. The bathroom is pretty tiny - and doesn't give much privacy because of how it's located in the room. For the size of the room, though, I think that's to be expected and I'm okay with it overall. I wasn't expecting there not to be an elevator - so just keep that in mind before booking! There is an ice machine but I am remembering now that the ice bucket was missing from our room. I'm sure if yours is missing and you let the front office know, they will take care of it. We still used the ice to fill our cups, though, so that was nice. There is a little breakfast area - when I went there seemed to be some sort of drama about the pancake maker...lol I'm not sure what happened there.. but anyway, there were some muffins, fruit, cereal, coffee, a few basic options. It was okay but not the highlight. Not sure it's worth getting up so early to go get it... but not sure it's not since it's included - you know? Overall, I enjoyed the stay."
