"The listing reflecting a family home, but it was only a portion of a home that was divided into individual units attached to the home. Uninhabitable due to age and deteriation. We rented the home to share family dinners and visit with our daughters family and greatgrandchildren. The front door and stair entrance was damaged, no railing, and unstable. The property was located on a very busy highway with no fencing. Several safety hazards needed attention to. Please contact me for further details....
