"Five stars for the facility and staff. The girl at the front desk was fantastic. Everyone smiles and says hello. The rooms are outstanding. I gave five stars because of the people. Unfortunately I cannot give five stars to management. They have a $35 resort fee. This is not a resort! Yes you get a credit toward their restaurant. Their restaurant has the worst reviews in the City so I am not interested until they fix it. Resort fees are an annoyance at a resort - but have no place here. if you want to encourage people to use your restaurant just raise the price of the room by $35, and give a meal credit. The girl at the front desk did a tremendous job handling me on the resort fee issue. She explained the value. I was not angry but said I would never have booked the hotel if I realized it. She removed the fee with no problem and kept her cool the entire time. The way she handled the issue is why we are still five stars!"

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The most important aspect of a hotel for me is cleanliness, and it excelled at this. Perhaps ever so slightly dated, but would not hesitate to stay again. The location was convenient, too."

"We were looking for a location where we could park our vehicle ourselves, driving a large truck and didn’t want to use valet. Staff was very helpful, great location, the evening shuttle driver was great. Beautiful area, so much to do."
