This hotel was in a really convenient location. Being right next to the Rialto made navigating around really easy as most popular spots are right near there. Staff was very kind and let us leave our luggage there after check out since our train back was later. Would stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located at the foot steps of the water bus and xfr to airport boat. It is also close to all shopping and dinning. You have to plan on walking a lot. May be six or seven miles a day. One draw back is the hotel is pricy but it is a new construction and it is nice. Everything in Venice cost more.

We loved our stay. The management was so helpful. We needed transfers from the cruise dock to the hotel and from the from thotel to the airport. They coordinated everything for us. Our room was spacious and lovely with an updated bathroom. We will definitely stay there if we get back to Venice. The bakery on the ground floor is yummy! They also serve sandwiches, pasta, and drinks.

Love the location, cleanses of the property, good breakfast buffet ,front desk are very helpful with all the information you need around the area. Besides, they charged higher local tax than Expedia quoted, rest are excellent.

"Excellent hotel very warm welcome on arrival. Receptionist offered us a personal tour of the hotel, showed us to our room then explained all the facilities we had available to us. Breakfast was buffet service but waiters still provided great service on any thing you wanted. Great selection of food ..."
