The apartment is very small. But if all you're looking for is a place to sleep, it's fine. Bathroom is in serious need of a complete remodel. Listing says it has a washer and dryer. They are not in the apartment, but there is a community laundry room (2 washers/2 dryers) on the floor that accepts only electronic payment. Mornings outside on the street are somewhat noisy as there is a grocery and several bars and restaurants adjacent to the property. Evenings can get noisy, for the same reason. Location in the city is perfect.
