Character apartment in the European district

The apartment is located in a peaceful street close to the European Parliament.

It is on the first floor of a typical Brussels house which has just been renovated and comfortably furnished.
You will find in the district many animations and restaurants (with terraces), very close supermarkets.

Sliding scale tariff according to the duration of the lodging (price envisaged for 2 people, supplement of 15 Euros / day by additional person).

Capacity for 4 people with the possibility of adding an additional bedroom in the basement (typically Brussels), just adjacent to the apartment and where can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people, with cable TV, separate individual WC and double bed.

The additional room is optional (30 € / night) but compulsory for groups of more than 4 people. Payable in cash upon arrival.

The apartment can perfectly suit people wishing to meet for exceptional events or to visit Belgium or a group working with the nearby European institutions.
Also ideal for expatriate families (special prices on request) looking for long-term accommodation for installation. We could also gladly help you in this process given our knowledge of Brussels).

Arrival possible after 10 p.m. but supplement of 30 Euros.

We have two parking spaces 180 meters from the house that we rent each with an additional € 10/24 hours if necessary.
Dogs and cats welcome (30 € extra payable in cash on arrival).
