There are a few schools in the vicinity (Belgian primary and secondary schools, ISB, nursery schools), a pharmacy, some small shops, doctors of all kind. It has been totally renovated and has easy access to public transportation, main highways, supermarkets, etc. The closest metro station is Hermann-Debroux.
The house has a garage with electrical door and a parking place right in front of the house. The neighbourhood is totally safe for children and it has a nice small garden and a nice wooden terrace facing south.
