Appreciated having a coffee machine which doesn’t seem to be standard with a lot of European hotels. Only thing missing was a pool, which would really elevate this place even further. Hotel was fine, electronic check in is great and easy. Staff unresponsive to issues at the property though. My air condoning was broken in a heat wave and it took hours to sort out - they wanted to send a technician into my room past 11pm (23:00). It took threatening to leave for a new hotel to get them to finally just give me a room with a unit that wasn't just actively spewing hot air; though the room was unfortunately quite a lot worse than my original booking. Not nice to waste time like that while every hour counts while travelling. Will definitely look elsewhere before booking at this hotel chain again.
