This was probably the nicest room we had on our trip with a kettle. ESP machine and refrigerator and best air conditioned room! Was nice all around and conveniently located between the station and old town if you don’t mind walking a little. Old town you are there within like 5 min - station maybe a 17 min walk. I loved the use of phone to unlock rooms (not sure if there was a cardkey option) speedy/reasonable time communication. They don’t come daily to clean your place which we were ok with (maybe if you ask? ) while I loved the coffee/tea amenities I’m not sure if there was a way to restock the room with creamer and non caffeinated tea especially when the common area wasn’t properly stocked either. I probably could of asked but didn’t but again, among all things that is minor (I usually carry my own tea due to knowing places don’t really have options for that) Loved our stay overall and comfortable beds and pillows! Would stay here again because I know I will be back to Belgium.

Easy check in and great sized room. Clean, comfy and in a great location. I had some issues with my room door locking but these were sorted via live messaging fairly smoothly. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

We requested early check in and they kindly provided before 2pm. Which was very helpful since we’re travelling with our toddler. Made a big difference. Thanks numa. However, due to this the pin code for elevator access wasn’t updated yet. And we had a bit problem. Also. Room lock was a bit problematic. Has some issue. However, they communicate fast and very responsive. Room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Nice stay. Last night we wanted to use laundry. One of two machines was broken. And someone left his washed clothes in and didn’t pick up. So we couldn’t do ours. However, staff were emailed every one and try to solve the issue. Wasn’t their fault. Just have in mind and dedicate enough time. Highly recommend this place.

Very clean and nice but no people working onsite felt odd. Good gym. Expedia gave us wrong code initially to get in so beware of that. No human at a front desk but lovely place otherwise.

Rooms are nice; cleaning staff is really efficient. But no onsite representatives make it frustrating. 8 day stay with no service to room. Communication with Numa was robotic and texting was a nightmare. I believe you can find much better options for the price point and better location.

Terrible digital check in, slow support

Terrible digital check-in experience. numa brags about it only taking a few minutes; we spent 45 trying to get a hold of customer service, getting them to find the hotels.com reservations and give us pins for the door. Would not recommend booking -- at least not through hotels.com if you'd like to even get through the front door and out of the rain when you arrive at your hotel Room was clean enough. No cleaning during stay.

F1 Weekend

I did not get any mail prior to arriving with any instruction or confirmation code to get the online check-in going. This resulted in almost an hour spent figuring this out. Mostly because there were no one to contact except by chat. And I was required to download WhatsApp, setting up an account etc. as well. After finally getting in, I tried to take a bath, but after an hour of filling the tub it was barely any water and it was luke warm at absolute best. So no water pressure or heat. The shower worked for some reason, both with hot water and pressure. Then we wanted to use the tv, but getting a "no signal" on the HDMI I was supposed to use to get to cast. I was promised that someone would check these issues out, by two different operators - but none of the issues were resolved. There is no sign that anybody came at all. In addition the bathroom and toilet had a moldy smell. On the positive side, when we finally got the access codes this system worked flawless. The beds were comfortable and the room looked nice. If you only need a place to sleep and take a shower, it will suffice. But for the price we paid I can not recommend it.

A real shame

Starting with the good - the hotel was lovely and the check in process was seemless. There were complementary snacks and drinks in the room and good quality teas and coffees. Due to the lack of reception desk, you could help yourself to provisions from the laundry room if you ran out. If it hadn’t been for our bad experience, I would have given the hotel 10/10. Our room had bed bugs and I was bitten about 50 times over 2 nights (we saw about 5 in total so not an infestation but enough). We were moved to a new room for our third and final night, and thankfully this room did not have bed bugs. I can appreciate that getting bed bugs is outside of a hotels control as anyone could bring them in, but trying to deal with all of this through an automated WhatsApp service and email due to there not being a reception desk was painful. I was offered a 50% discount on one night and managed to get this for the second night too, but the stay should have been refunded in full in my opinion as it ruined my holiday and has caused me days of suffering. I’ve also spent a lot on medicines and will likely have to spend more over the next week as bed bug bites are torturous. And not to mention how I am having to clean everything (inc bags, shoes etc) to ensure I’ve not brought any into my house. It is a shame this happened as the hotel was lovely but I have to be honest about the bad experience I had. Hopefully the room will be treated and no one else will have to suffer like I am.

The hotel is in a bit of a sketchy area on the outskirts of town. I was a single female travelling on my own and didn’t always feel safe walking in that area. The room was a good size with AC. The bedding was comfortable but unfortunately the bed had a large dip in the middle of the mattress and was hard to sleep on as you couldn’t move out of it. The shower glass was not sealed properly and water leaked all over the floor when you showered. It wasn’t just a little amount of water it was substantial. Due to these issues I was not happy with the room. I paid for 3 nights and only stayed for 2. I contacted NUMA and they didn’t offer me any compensation and didn’t get back to me. I wished they had someone on site to speak with. This was my first time staying with them and I honestly wouldn’t book with them again :(
