Erick is the host with the most! He provides a super-clean, comfortable property and a fantastic breakfast. He makes his own yogurt and bread, and sets a beautiful table. He is very friendly and has a lot of info about Brussels.

Erick (and his fluffy cats) welcomed us to his lovely home for our Christmas market break. He was an incredibly friendly host, sharing plenty of recommendations for things to do in the local area. His breakfasts are entirely homemade, with bread, yoghurt, and jams that he bakes/prepares himself. He even presses his own orange juice. The effort that he puts in to make sure guests stays are comfortable is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was clean and comfy, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful and Beau

It had been a wonderful stay at Erick's apartment. The interior of the whole apartment is beautiful and artistic. It is very clean too. Erick was an excellent host during my 2-night stay there, that I felt very much at home and at ease immediately. Thank you Erick! The location is perfect, close to city centre, metro and bus station, and yet quiet. The breakfast was amazing too! There were homemade freshly baked bread, yogurt and jam, plus a few slices of cheese and cold cut, and boiled egg, coffee or tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice when he was at home the first morning. All were not only tasty, also very aesthetically presented! What a nice touch! I would say, things were with soul! Impressive! Thanks a lot Erick! Erick is very informative and of good vibe. I appreciate his directness about his thoughts and with strong principle, those made me feel he is a very reliable person. Therefore I would say he is a person whom one can have a pleasant and earnest chat with. Once again, thank you Erick🙏🙏! And....to the two lovely fluffy cats, Baloo and Wasabee, too!!! These two cats are just adorable!!! Highly recommended!!

Definitely going back

Staying here with Eric was great, he has a lovely place where to stay, the neighborhood it's great so you don't need to worry about anything. He pays a lot of atenttion to details so our breakfast made us feel like we're not in a regular B&B, you gotta try the delicious homemade bread and the strawberry jam also the Yogurt. The room was pretty big and the bed very comfortable. Definitely going back. Mexico Here!

Away from the touristy crowds

Two-bedroom B&B run by a charming and helpful guy. My room was big enough for two and included a small but well-appointed modern bathroom. The location is slightly out of the main tourist area, but I was glad of that. The neighborhood is clean and feels safe. It's just a couple of easy minutes walk from a metro station although I easily walked into the old town area. Erick offers a lovely breakfast with fresh everything—eggs, home-made bread, cheeses/meats, yogurt, fruits, fresh jams, and spectacular coffee! He's got a balcony which faces some busy traffic (I found it fun to watch) but the bed rooms are in the back and very quiet. If I find myself in Brussels again Erick will be my first search for a vacancy!

Personal touch

I liked this place as it gives a personal touch to your stay. I'm traveling for business and I appreciate a small conversation in the morning or evening with the host. He's is very nice. Breakfast was excellent with nice warm bread and home-made yoghurt!

Hotel muy recomendable

El anfitrión nos hizo pasar una fantástica estacia en Bruselas. Muy amable y acogedor, la habitacion tenia todas las comodidades necesarias. Buen desayuno con productos caseros como pan y yogur. Si volviéramos a la ciudad sin duda repetiríamos!!

This is just a room inside of a guys apartment who have 2 cats. He was very friendly. Very bad odour in the star corridor up the the 4th floor. Shared toilet and shower from outside of the room but not only for you and walked in from inside as said in the ad.

Friendly B&B in convenient location

Our host was friendly and helpful and served us an excellent continental breakfast, with home-made bread, jam and Yoghurt! Comfortable bedroom. Basin/shower in room, toilet in corridor shared by just two guest rooms. All in good working order. NB payment in cash only.

Only Two rooms. Early booking is recommended.

The owner is very friendly person. Breakfast was excellent because once he was a cook. It is a 15 minutes walk to the north station. Two lovely cats live in the accommodation but never walk into guest rooms. Check-in and check-out time is limited since the owner is a 9 to 5 full time worker.

A super B&B with a great host

The owner is a perfect host: very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is spotless, very well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast provided is wonderful - fresh homemade bread, jams yoghurt and excellent coffee; he also offers tea at other times. It is a little out of the city centre (15-20 minute walk?) but buses, trams and the metro are close. Highly recommended.

Appartement avec 2 chambres de charme. Ambiance type Air B'nB avec un responsable très serviable. Si vous cherchez à être comme à la maison, idéal! Si par contre vous cherchez un lieu de type hôtel avec réception, services...etc..., pas le bon choix.

Sentralt, ryddig, hjemmekoselig med fin morgenmat.

Eric er en veldig hyggelig gjestgiver, alt er rent og pent i leiligheten. Det er bare to rom og privat baderom for hver. Morgenmaten var super, nybakt brød, hjemmelaget jogurt og syltetøy. Han har to puss, som er søte og lar deg i fred om du ikke ønsker kontakt. Du kan stenge de ute fra soveromsdelen av leiligheten.

City break in Brussels

We stayed in My Place B&B. Owner was very friendly with good local knowledge and happy to chat and recommend places to eat etc. Room was very comfortable and clean! Overall experience was like staying in a local persons house.

2 days on business in Brussels

Erick is a great host. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Shower is private, but the toilet is in the hallway. Location is central enough for my needs. The only thing I missed was a desk in the room. I could use the table in the living room for my preparations and that worked out. But I rather have a private desk so I can leave my stuff.
