The gentleman at reception was friendly, welcoming and helpful at all times. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Very good shower. Superb breakfast, very tasty with multiple choices. And just a few paces from Yser metro. Would definitely stay again

This is a good hotel!

This hotel is safe. I don't know what why the bad reviews previously. Yes, the neighborhood may not be pleasant but the hotel itself is good. We are traveling with adult children so we are fine. It is a lovely hotel. We will stay here again if we come back to Brussels

Das Hotel war ganz gut. Für 20€ Aufpreis pro Tag konnte man einen Parkplatz mieten ( einfach bei der Rezeption nachfragen). Was ich aber nicht gut fand war das Frühstück. Für das Geld habe ich mehr erwartet.
