"A beautiful and well equipped flat on a tramline south of Brussels centre. Some nice shops, bars and restaurants locally. A great base for exploring Brussels. The manager David was very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"

"The location is good, very central and close to shops. I contacted the host to let her know that the toilet was not clean — the inside of the bowl was black and there was a bad smell. The host replied that she was working on it. I asked what she could do, but she did not get back to me again. The host had stored her belongings in the room, including suitcases above the wardrobe and the wardrobe itself was full of her items and IKEA bag.There were also two locked cabinets ( not for use) and bags...

"Very bad experience at several levels, let's start with the check-in: first, you are supposed to received check in info by mail, which I didn't get, so no follow up on the rentals and stress of not being able to check in the flat. Secondly, the check-in procedure requires that you pay a depositum by bank transfer (not credit card): who asks for depositum for that kind of rentals? not the well-known rental platforms, this is very cumbersome. Then, the depositum is only reimbursed after 10-15...

"This was a fantastic place to stay. It was very roomy and nice and so close to everything! There are almost 70 steps to get to the apartment and you can sometimes hear crowd noise from the grand plaza (that's how close you are), but if those things don't bother you, I highly recommend it. We loved our time in Brussels."
