"The check in was a mess, I have reserved with 2 beds and the staff simply told initially that hotel was overbooked there was not room available for me then I showed my reservation and she magically found one for me and my family, 1 king bed for us all 4! we had to sleep like Sardines. I know that this hotel/motel is not luxury one but the problem are not ammenities, not luxuries, the problem was the beds! and the A/C was not working fine, 218 room, I can recall the room #, really dissapointed with this experience honestly, again, I know is a cheap hotel the expectation was not great ammenities nor luxiries, just enough beds!"

"So I found this property on Hotels.com. It started okay and normally I shoot for hotels with 9 stars and up but there were hardly any hotels with a reasonable rate for one night, we just needed to sleep comfortably after my daughters games in a tournament. 1st issue was they have “A” washer and dryer but no detergent or quarters available to use it so you have to go to the store. But nevertheless we went and got what we needed. 2nd issue was after we get done washing her uniforms we lay down for bed because we needed to get up at 8:00am and it is 12:00 am, when we start hearing running, jumping, and thumping above us. I call downstairs on my cell because the room phone did not work and inform the lady at the front desk and she says she will take care of it. Well it continued and I called back and still nothing was done because I finally just cut the tv on to drown the noise as much as possible. It began again at 5:30 am the next morning. 3rd issue was the room was extra hot. The air came on maybe 2 times during the night and it was on 68. 4th issue was since we were up we decided to check out early, in leaving the room roaches began to appear. So when I got to the desk I asked to be accommodated for the said issues and was told to call on Monday. I asked for my receipt and was told I could not get one since I booked with a 3rd party but I always book through Hotels.com and they always give me a receipt. I did get the receipt, FINALLY! So 0 out of 10, do NOT recommend!"
