"What a fun property! We were there for our son’s Aggie ring ceremony and ring dunk. It was our first time staying in a VRBO and it exceeded our expectations. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and was very clean. And the chickens were an added bonus! We had fun interacting with them and collecting farm fresh eggs for breakfast, while we sat out on the patio and enjoyed listening to the birds. The host was great to work with! "

"Your place was just perfect in every way. It’s spacious & cozy at the same time. The weather was ideal for outdoor fun, watching college football, fire pit gossip and of course ring day & an Aggie win topped off the weekend. Thank you for sharing your little slice of Aggieland with us. The camp ground next door was a plus, my ex- husband and his mom rented a cabin and my daughter stayed there in her camper. She is heading to Big Ben this week then back to Mobile. "

"Plenty of parking ... easy to navigate. The owner has provided all the comforts of home. Everything you can think from laundry room, to kitchen, bedrooms and baths for a relaxed stay. No need to run to Wal-Mart for items. I really appreciate the size of the large yard which includes 2 picnics benches, bbq, firepit w wood, horseshoe, etc."

"Our family stayed here for a game weekend and it was fantastic. The home is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable & it had everything we needed. The check-in process went smoothly (we were even allowed to check in early which worked out great considering we got into town earlier than anticipated). We will definitely stay here again next time we visit College Station! "
