CANCELLATION: All polices will be followed as stated on each platform as noted during the booking process. In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any and all fees incurred by the host (including but not limited to the credit card processing fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE and a processing fee of $100 for the cancellation will be retained by the host. The remainder will be refunded to the guest within 10 business days.


We require written approval and a minimum $300 additional fee for any events.
No guests except for those note on the reservation can be at or stay at the property.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog.
Please respect our neighbors and our quiet hours which start at 9 PM.
When leaving the home at any time, please ensure all lights and fans are turned off along with ALL appliances.
No tape, anything sticky, glitter, hanging using nails or anything that could damage our walls is permitted in any part of the home.
Please use the plain black towels or black towels labeled `makeup` to remove makeup, not the white washcloths or towels.
