"Good location but the check in was not organized. There was someone in the parking spot. They need more explanation about the permits which you must display. In the end I spoke to the concierge to sort it out. The place smelled of smoke. It was a good size and location if a little worn in places. The kitchen isn’t bad and it’s large space. It would help for check in if the keys were labelled and it came with instructions"

It came with great amenities, the recommendations in the area he gave were very good, and it was overall a very comfortable experience. I didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs because of the days and times I was there, but it seemed amazing too! I would stay here again if I came back to Cardiff."
